我去杜拜很多趟，這是最差的一次體驗，check in的時候叫我低價升級房間，我看差價就幾百迪拉姆就答應升級了，想不到是不愉快經歷的開始，入住後馬上發現浴缸上有一坨紅色液體，鞋櫃下面有一前面人扔的噁心衣服沒有清理，然後衣架也是破的，吹風機沒有，打了十個電話也沒有人接，我到前台投訴，經理還説這個事情已經發生了，我們也承認，下次給你免費升級吧，還免費升級，這輩子都不想住服務這麼差，這麼骯臟的酒店

The design of the hotel is modern, bold, and artistic — every corner is Instagram-worthy. My room was spacious, with a breathtaking view of the Jumeirah Islands and impeccable attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were top-tier, and the atmosphere felt both luxurious and welcoming. SO Uptown is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and memorable stay in Dubai.

Luxurious with great accommodating staff! Hotel was very clean and smelled nice everywhere I went. Joise was very welcoming of us and even gave us an upgrade and made us very comfortable! Room was very clean and spacious. Gym was fantastic also. The entrance was a bit hard to reach. Will come back again for sure!

Disappointing Experience – Only the View Was Worth It The hotel itself and the view from the room were the only things that were even remotely decent. Unfortunately, the windows were dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the service was absolutely terrible. I had asked the staff in advance to help with a small surprise for a birthday, but they completely forgot about it. After that, I tried calling them for a whole week — no answer. I emailed them, contacted their support — zero response. I just wanted to ask a few important questions, but it felt like no one cared. I also ordered delivery to the hotel three times. One of those times, I had scheduled a cake delivery for a specific window — between 9 and 10 a.m. I informed the hotel staff in advance and asked them to receive it. They clearly had no idea about it, and no one accepted the delivery. I had to reschedule everything myself. To sum up: the view gets a 5/5 — everything else barely deserves a 2/5.

酒店很新，環境不錯，價格很便宜。窗戶能看見摩天輪，不過酒店周圍稍微有點偏僻。去房間要換兩個電梯，有點麻煩。淋浴間門會自動關，很容易夾手其他都蠻好的。
